The above came to me as a saying and I submit I may be the first to publish it.
I love to play around with words and sayings.
No surprises there given I’ve been in journalism (newspapers mainly) since 1972.
When chatting with a friend, we were trying to outdo one another with puns and somehow we got to talking about hats.
That’s when the above saying came to me… There’s a head for every hat worn.
Certain that someone else had said something the same, or very similar, I did an internet search and … nothing.
That’s not to say it hasn’t been said but, for the moment, I’m laying claim to it and have also posted it on my family tree website, oznunns.com.
